General Process Approach

No two engagements are the same, and thus, do not progress in the same way, at Alyn Robert we understand this and tailor our approach to each given project. This allows us to progress through the life cycle based on the needs of the client.

However, we do use a framework that loosely follows the Align, Design, Produce, and Deploy model of engagement management. This framework is flexible enough to allow us to enter the project at essentially any point, and strong enough to enable us to progress forward to final implementation or key deliverable.

Align – Managing expectations and change is a constant ongoing activity, this phase is however essential to the critical development and long-term sustainability of any project. We work with your organization and any other stakeholders to align expectations, achieve a global buy-in of the engagement and outcomes, and set the stage for an organic forward moving development.

Design – We work to thoroughly understand the problem you have, and develop a plan of action to solve it and avoid organizational recidivism. At this point we also define key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we provide you with exceptional value.

Produce – Where the quantitative and qualitative actionable items form into tangible and useful tools and insights. The bulk of our efforts exist in this stage. How this looks and develops on a day to day basis absolutely is dependent on the characteristics of the organization and the needs of the project. We mold ourselves to the method that works best for our clients.

Deploy – Usually, the most critical and final phase. Here we place emphasis on ensuring that you have deliverables that yield the critical response that you need. We focus on how our clients will be successful in deploying (implementing) the solution. How they work, how they innovate, and how they can better lead their competitors is all considered and supported at this juncture.

Solutions Oriented

Being solutions oriented means that we focus on solving the problems that you have. We are dedicated problem solvers that help you meet your goals. This means that we listen, and devise strategies that correct the problems that you know you must fix, and the areas of opportunity that you may not yet realize need to be corrected. We address everything with you up front and work with you to develop the outcome you want.
